Need a vehicle looked at prior to the auction? Eliminate finding additional problems after the vehicle arrives at your location.

Our appraisers will check the general condition of the vehicle, answer any specific questions, and send you a written report.

This agreement is between *                  , the dealer, individual, or company and Quality Werks Auto Sales, Inc.  (herein referred to as QWAS) the corporation contracted to do the condition report for the dealer, individual, or company.

QWAS agrees to do a condition report on the below mentioned vehicle for a non-refundable fee of $175 (One Hundred Seventy Five Dollars) USD plus any additional fees for mileage and drive-time beyond 50 miles from the central office. If requested, digital pictures will cost an addition $3.00 (three dollars) USD each.

The dealer, individual or company agrees to pay by Paypal, Visa or MasterCard to QWAS the initial fee prior to the Condition Report being completed plus all additional costs incurred within 24 hours.  Buyer acknowledges that report will take at least three business days.

Try as we might we cannot be held responsible for any omissions as to parts or repairs needed.

I understand that the vehicle is being inspected by sight only, not using any diagnostic equipment. The report is based on the adjusters’ opinion only and any errors or omissions are not the responsibility of the adjuster, ABC Auto or it’s affiliates or agents.
